The Marching Band is made up of students the Junior High School and the Senior High School in grades 8 through 12. Members include winds, percussion, and auxiliary (Majorettes and Quipettes). In addition to performing a new halftime show each year, the Fighting Quip Marching Band also continues the tradition of performing a pregame show at every home football game, basketball games, parades, rallies, and festivals in both Beaver and Allegheny County. Students who have participated in the marching band program have had the opportunity to perform in festivals like the Macy's Day Parade, Fall Fantasy Parade at Kennywood Park, cities like New York City, Baltimore, and Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
